Great service, but just a note that you should leave a note on window if you're going to close early. You closed well before any snow even got close to arriving. That cost me an hour drive. Frustrated.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Grove Post Office. Hardly ever have to stand in line or wait long, clerks at the window are happy to assist! I needed to send in a Passport Renewal and the lady helping me, went above and beyond to check everything over and ship it in the correct envelope. Also a shout out to the people that answer the phone! I've always had my questions answered quickly and efficiently when I call.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, however they gal working there today was RUDE! I needed to cash a postal order and she said "No, she will need to come back Monday, or go to her own bank!" The way she said it was very off putting. I get they are busy this time of year, but dang!

There are some great and really helpful people at this post office. Once in a while you get a lemon, but most of them are great and really care about their customers.

Whenever a package of mine goes through this USPS facility, it sits there for weeks before moving. Packages are often dirty and slightly damaged as well. If they are understaffed then they have my sympathy, but every time for the past few years (including pre-COVID) my packages will sit there and not move for multiple weeks. Way too slow.

*Update 6/30/21: Same postal worker in a gold small SUV, is now intentionally driving past the mailbox with the flag out and 2 days ago placed electronics that were in a box directly in the water and when caught red handed said she was told she only had to set them under the awning (that the post master Angela Stuchal said they would do) if it was currently pouring rain, despite that the spot was 2ft further on the porch she chose to set it on in standing water. Packages are back to being thrown over the railing on to the porch. Any contacting the post master Angela Stuchal just results in the carrier being more belligerent.
Constant trouble with the mail carrier just tossing and damaging packages at my mothers house, she is disabled and we installed a camera to see why the packages are damaged. filed complaints with the post master and nothing seems to ever change. packages dropped over the railing or just slammed down in front of the door blocking my disabled mother from being able to open her storm door resulting in her having to walk around the house or go through the garage to move the packages.

Sent parcel on 6th may , it should reach between 6 to 10 days , but till now 27 th may it is not reached to destination.
