Since SecurCare took over, this place has tanked. Half of the time I can't get in because either the keypad isn't working or because they have adjusted the hours without notice. SecurCare has also been systematically raising prices. Price has gone up roughly $25 per month since they took over. Can't blame any of the economic struggles... Storage units can't get COVID and don't use gasoline to stay open. They don't require electricity to operate or an employee to stand at every unit. It's just privilege. SecurCare didn't have to earn any of these customers, they just acquired them secretly and without advanced notice through Always Storage.

Access open infrequently, has happened more than 5 times when trying to drop/pickup MY belongings. They consistently raise prices, I'm now paying 30 dollars more than I did originally four years ago. Poorly ran, will be moving MY items out immediately.

I rented a 10X20 storage unit on May 3rd. Today May 8th we had 2 pickup loads and trailers to put into the unit. The code given would not work. We tried it numerous times. The office was closed at 1 pm today. The corporate number as well as local number was not answered. We sat outside the gate for over an hour waiting on a call back from messages left. Finally another customer came and was able to open the gate. I am paying my movers to sit outside the facility because the gate code I was given does not work. I am now out 100 dollars in wages because someone did not do their job and give correct gate code or did not update the computer system with correct gate codes. To say I am unhappy would definitely be an understatement. If you are going to close earlier than posted time someone should at least be available to answer phone calls or return phone calls.
