I spent 2 hours talking with ATT tech support or chatting with them. I went to the local ATT store and my phone was up and running and fixed in about 10 minutes. Never use ATT tech support... Go to a store!!!

The guy working was super helpful and was able to fix my problem without too many issues. Will definitely be back as long as he’s working.
