I spent 2 hours talking with ATT tech support or chatting with them. I went to the local ATT store and my phone was up and running and fixed in about 10 minutes. Never use ATT tech support... Go to a store!!!

The manager, a man in a pony tail was so rude to an elderly man in a wheel chair at opening time on this cold morning. The customer was wanting a number change due to calls at 3 am and said he had talked to a representative that told him it would be free this time but if he had to do it again it would cost $25. The manager said no it will be 35 for me to change your # now. The customer said They told me it's free, because I am getting calls at 2,3 and 4 in the morning from strangers. The manager said" That's not my problem". I said that was rude. The manager said as he pointed to the door, YOU can leave, I'm the manager. That customer said he was going to switch companies but the rudeness of this younger generation is insanity. The man had to be in his 80s. He could have at least tried to help the man!!!!!!! They get 1 star from me and that's because the next customer presented an issue with his phone locking up and the manager fixed it in 10 seconds for free.

Hello AT&T, Today, I visited your Guthrie store to get help with my radiant phone that I've had for several years. It was giving me lots of problems and I was very frustrated but ARA at your Guthrie store spent nearly an hour with me solving every single one of them and at one point when my brother (who lives in Guthrie) came into the store to wonder why I called him (which I didn't remember doing) she fixed HIS phone as well... I will tell you, it was the best customer service experience I have ever had in my 76 years of life and all of my years as an AT&T customer!!! I have never owned a different kind of phone other than an Android, an AT&T has been my only provider. With customer service like what Ara provided today, you have an extremely valuable employee in Guthrie, Oklahoma. When I came into the store she was working with two other ladies and as the one left she said "that young lady was so helpful" and the next lady was literally jumping up and down after she made several phone calls to solve her problem (to buy something called a "hot spot"...... ) I hope when it comes time for bonuses at the end of this year, you will remember an employee named ARA who deserves a lot of credit for keeping your customers not only satisfied but extremely pleased & LOYAL!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR.... Kathleen Conry AT&T customer as long as she has ever had a cell phone.....

I came in today with three phones that I needed to upgrade. Justin and Ara were absolutely amazing! They made this process the BEST experience I have ever had! Thank you for all you did today! You both are VERY hard workers!

Right now, today, neither the man with the dark long beard nor the woman with the dark long hair acknowledged my existence when I entered the store—no “hello”, “Ill be with with you as soon as I’m finished with this customer”, nothing. Just jiving up and down to the music and casual small talk with their customers as they helped them at what seemed snail pace. No urgency. Not even an attempt to catch me as I quietly walked to the door to leave. Realizing it is rare to get decent customer service anywhere, still, pathetic. AT&T needs to find a way to hire and keep friendly, smart customer servers.

Cierra is a great employee there! When I walked in wanting to switch phone providers, she was there dealing with five other people by yourself at the same time. A very hard worker and an even better employee! 10 out of 10, would recommend.
