Called and they said they could test my battery. So I took it out and brought it in. Car won't start. Got there, and person after person after person after person went in front of me as I had to have a battery tested whatever happened to first come first serve? And some of these other people that went in front of me didn't even buy a thing. I ended up buying a battery which wasn't the problem. Be back tomorrow for a starter and solenoid. Not impressed!!!

Wow...I'll preface this by saying the Manager was sitting there the whole time.First I get interrogated if the oil I'm dropping off has water in it (Look at it, liquids in oil appear as dark pancake batter, it's not rocket science)...no real biggie. I always buy more oil or something if I drop off oil.Saw they had Lucas high mileage fuel treatment on sale 2 for $9.99 (also grabbed some spray wax). Wouldn't ring up so the associate looked at the tag and said it's from a sale from last week then preceded to show me other cleaners..."So you don't honor your prices and sale tags" -- "No, see the date on the tag?(written in 2mm font)" Manager still sitting there "So I have to go around 'YOUR' store and read dates"...I asked them politely to keep the items and walked out...Manager not saying a word.So, they are inept and I have to figure things out?I Managed in big box retail for years after College and you NEVER let a customer walk out the door confused, annoyed, or angry ( Always be on the customers side). Keep your customers happy and they'll tell their friends and family. On average unhappy customers tell 7 people their experience and they tell others....It's only been 45 minutes and I have told 3.I do/did a lot of business with them with Autozone rewards ($220 battery 2 weeks ago. oil, filters. brakes, cleaning supplies, have my wife go in for DTC's when I'm out of town) even with Walmart across the street with cheaper prices as well as Napa and the locals.I won't be back....but hey, you saved $9.99Inept Management and Most likely Inept District ManagmentI just left Oreilly's...they were pretty nice.Regards,Have a Nice Day

They don't even carry any parts for a 2024 silverado 2500. I needed light bulbs for low beams. They said computer doesn't show any but I could search Google and it showed they had them ( wasn't true) I needed H9 bulb but they carry every one except H9. Said they don't make them. Went to O'Reilly auto parts and they got them for me and didn't lie and state nobody made them. Oh and this was the same brand they carried Sylvania.

I was immediately greeted when I first walked into the store. I was helped the entire time and felt truly like a special guest. Great customer service and very helpful team members. Shout out to Colton for his friendliness and helpfulness!

I went to Autozone in Guthrie to get a new headlight bulb. Brad Nelson went above & beyond helping me, my connections were bad & he spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem. He was very polite & professional. I am a forever customer now! Awesome customer service!!

The worst customer service I have ever received there from a young man named Colton. I left without purchasing what I needed and went straight to O'Reilly's and was treated with kindness and respect. I will never return to Auto Zone in Guthrie.

To the person with the 07 Sebring I have dealt with Brandon several times when he is not busy with commercial, he is probably the most knowledgeable person up there. The only time he is busy with commercial is when he has orders to pull or dealing with online orders and when he was diy he was the most helpful person there and when he is not busy doing commercial stuff he helps out with diy to stay busy.

There’s a guy named Brandon that hassles me every time for no reason especially over the phone! Then when my husband goes into the store he’s standing there saying he can only commercial business even wrote it out on a fluorescent poster board! It’s a small town autozone this guy is basically trying to get paid to stand there and be a jerk to good folks! My husband has stood by autozone for years he listened today when I said we were switching O Reillys! He told me they didn’t have or couldn’t get upper control arms or ball joints for an 07 Chrysler Sebring ?♀️
