Service was not as promised and then our appointment "was canceled" to avoid a survey. Service writer canceled the appointment after my wife left and after the service was performed in order to avoid Ford sending us a survey. So they Vance gets one star

The issue with my vehicle was handled very quickly and professionally. The service writer ordered the part and when it arrived we set up a service date. The actual repair took a couple of hours to complete. I would recommend Vance Country Ford to anyone looking for great service.

Bought a truck that this dealership did repairs on less than 6 months ago and is now back in the shop for the same issue at a different dealership They refuse to honor any type of work because I’m a different owner. Seems like they would still stand behind their work regardless of the ownership status. Nope!

I called this dealership to see about getting my daughter's mustang in to have a timing chain replaced my call was passed around three different people finally the service department answering machine came on given the information and what I needed no one ever called me back this dealership is the worst customer relationship I've ever seen I would never buy from them or have them to work on anything they're useless
