She told me to take stray dog to local shelter where they would put it down. I had already said I didn't want to put it down. Started saying a bunch of nonsense. Didn't even know anyone who might adopt..just excuses..I think they should be audited. If they keep them in small cages, I wouldn't say they were free to roam free, or whatever. They need to really be free and have space. If they are in cages s lot of the time, I would try to shut it down. Come to think of it. Cages are torture. There are a lot more than 309 animals who need homes. She kept saying they had 300. I count that many in the streets every day

To all the people that left negative reviews what have you done to help a shelter lately? Have you donated? Have you volunteered? It's very expensive to operate a operation like this so let's look at all the positives and not the negatives like the animals that they have rescued and adopted our.Even if it's just 1 it's worth it animals have lives too.I bet if those animals could talk they would say how greatful they are. Thank you to free to live animal sanctuary for saving lives of our animals continue to do what you do!

No longer a waiting list. No help at all. What happened to Free to Live? You can't work directly with animal rescues, sanctuaries, or shelters any longer. They refer you to websites to fill out forms for no reason because no one ever contacts you. I've been trying for months. We used to donate to these places but I don't even know how they operate now. It's privileged or confidential info. Wild. Useless.

Free to Live Animal Sanctuary is an amazing place to get your fur baby/babies spayed or neutered. They take the best care of your fur baby/babies during and after the surgery.
I have reffured numerous people to them for adoption, to volunteer, and to get their pet spayed or neutered. Love them.

I’m on my Amazon route, and I found this puppy running around in the street. The only nearby places were Free to Live Animal Sanctuary and Guthrie Animal Shelter. I went to Free to Live Animal Sanctuary, and the lady there told me she could only do a microchip check but couldn’t take him in. I understood her limitations, so I asked if she had any recommendations. She said no one would take him, and I’d either have to keep him myself or let him go back to the street where he almost got hit.
I just don’t want the puppy to get hurt, but I also need to get back to work and can’t take him in myself. At the same time, I’m not about to abandon him to risk getting killed…. I was just trying do good deed😒
People is heartless

I have tried to get them to help on 2 occasions and 4 other people i know tried as well. Every time I or they have called to see if they could help. We was turned away. Always full and no advice or ideas for help.. Starting to think this place is a scam. :/

This is a wonderful place to volunteer to help with the dogs or the cats. We spent two hours in The Cattery just loving on and playing with their kitties. It's like therapy!

Free to Live is an incredible animal sanctuary devoted to providing loving and compassionate care to the pets in their program. They prioritize the wellbeing of their pets and work hard to improve the lives of animals in their community. If you have the time and resources to engage with them through volunteering, fostering, donating, or adopting, I wholeheartedly recommend it. This is a great group of humans doing important work.

Stay away from this place, there no different then any other loser rescue, animal help place, turning away injured animals on the regular, take your business elsewhere, stop helping them treat animals horribly people, me by myself do more for animals that actually need care then all these adoption/mills, none of them actually care about helping, it's so sad, how do you turn away injured animals daily.they run a con that's all. Do your homework people,
