Absolutely the worst bank. DO NOT USE IBC BANK Customer service is horrendous. The online banking app will have errors that cost you in over draft fees. More than once my account has shown all charges to be posted, then I have ONE charge come through that will overdraw my account but I will get overdraft fees for charges that cleared the previous day. If this happens more than once in a 6 month period they will not help. Even though my account online STILL shows all charges had previously cleared. They said their system shows something different. I took my phone in, opened my account and showed them what my system showed. Didn't matter, they still won't help. Because of those 2 extra overdraft fees, my account was not in the positive when more charges came in, so I got 2 more over draft fees from that. $140 in all because they said that charges from 3 days prior hadn't posted on their end, even though my app shows they had posted and were no longer pending, and even though those business said they had already gotten their payments BEFORE the last charge that would've fairly overdrawn my account.

Never got as angry with employees as I have the times I’ve gone here or called for help. From getting hung up on to not willing to add my spouse onto my account with proper documentation to getting replacement cards lost in the mail and never left me know until I call weeks later, I’d rather drive an hr to a bank than waste my time and energy with such an unprofessional company.

Every time we go to the bank the ATM is broken. Tellers act as if they could care less when you tell them. Time for NEW ACCOUNT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The ATM is down or only partially working more often than not. The bank puts long holds on all deposits. The drive through doesn't open at 8 like other banks. I was once questioned and lectured for over 15 minutes by multiple staff when making a large cash withdrawal to buy a used vehicle, as they were sure I was going to be scammed. I'm pretty unhappy with this bank overall, though the staff are usually very nice.

Typical of their poor customer service. The bank has always been open on Saturday and the hours posted on the door says they are still open on Saturday. But apparently they are not. They can't even be bothered to post their real hours of operation. Have six figures in another bank, would never move it to this one. There are now other banks in Guthrie, goodbye IBC

Took 15 minutes to cash a $100 money order. Said she had to call it in. Apparently at this bank it is 1985. We have an account here, but are reconsidering our choices in life. It always takes 3 times longer to do anything here. I usually just do business in Edmond for this reason.

Worst bank, just so self centered. In a small community but treats it has if they are so important to the community. Like if you look at the images related to this place like who parks like that?!? This is such a small town, just let people park there? They have plenty of spaces for their five customers they get!

Rude workers, petty and disrespectful. Parked poorly so gym go-ers and customers of their business cannot park. I go to both the YMCA and IBC and it is ridiculous.

I was told this was the "SLUM" bank of Guthrie and after visiting their bank I think that's putting it mildly. 2 super visors one yelling at an old man talking loudly on his phone because poor guy was hard of hearing! And then returned gloating about how rude she was. And the other super visor not returning calls and taking a 2-3 hour lunch AND TRYING to act "better than" and all snooty about how her legal dept got their information off of google... google!!?? Maybe they should go to school and learn their job!!! I can't believe how stupid she sounded explaining about how their lawyers googled the answer... omg!! Your in trouble if you bank here...

The drive through is a little slow for service, however the staff is always pleasant. Have been pleased with the handling of my account.

I am very disappointed at the customer service. The lady at the bank Phyllis was rude and not very assisting. She has no people skills and gave a poor representation of this bank. My current bank I have had 25 years and unfortunately is not in Oklahoma. I would not ever consider opening an account here or with IBC in the future.
