I walked in and was very impressed. Beautiful room and freshly made bed. Mini bottles of dove shampoo and conditioner and mini dove soap bar. Fresh towels. Quiet area. Big walk in shower. Everything super clean. Excellent WiFi. And great TV provider service with a lot of channels to choose from. This is one of the best hotels I’ve been in and it’s reasonably priced. Thank you for the house cleaners who put in all the work they deserve a nice Christmas bonus or raise! I usually don’t leave reviews to this extent but it seems necessary to do so!

Rented room for pool after they said we couldn't swim then Manger tells me since my two daughter was not on check in that we couldn't swim and they closed the pool and customer service wasn't that great and breakfast was horrible eggs look like rubber I will pick different hotel next time

Our room smells like dirty feet. Went to put some bottled water in the refrigerator and someone else’s leftover pizza is in there! If the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned, what else wasn’t??
My husband won’t turn the lights out, afraid there may be bed bugs.
The bed sheets are dirty. I’m assuming our room was not cleaned.

I mistakenly booked this hotel when I actually needed to book the one in Stillwater. Less than 20 minutes later, I sent an email stating what happened and requested a cancellation. One week later, they charged me a cancellation fee. I will never stay at a La Quinta again.

When I realized that their location was not as far along on our travel route as I thought I needed to cancel. Unfortunately, I was beyond the cancellation timeline. Despite this, when I called and explained our situation, Mercedes (and her manager HP) were willing to work with me to get my reservation cancelled despite it being against the standard policy.
This kindness on their part saved me and my family from having twice the travel time on the second half of our travel route!

Rooms: Musty smell when entering the room. Air conditioning running on 64 degrees but would not cool. The bathroom shower handle was broken and hanging by one screw. The sink was slow draining. Certainly not worth the price that we paid per night!

Nice place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Be aware you have to ask for a blow dryer at the desk…none in the rooms. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

LACK OF CLEANLINESS! On a 3 night stay for a high school graduation, we found the room sub par. Dirt visible behind nightstands and elsewhere. Pictures and windows with handprints everywhere. No, that’s NOT my pink toothpaste in the sink- mine is white! Soap scum on the shower walls. Coffee pot doesn’t work. When addressing the front desk, I explained that I tried to talk to the cleaner about issues first and when he couldn’t speak English, she said that “wasn’t his fault”. Well, LaQuinta hired him to work at an American location where English is spoken, right? And I still have no coffee pot after addressing the issue because the front desk clerk lacks managerial skills in failing to ask my name or room number! WILL NOT stay here again!
