They're storage is greatly priced but the online payment system is shit ive had to pay $40 late fees because they're system wouldn't let me lit to pay my bill and im in a different state now i cant pay them in person and I hate that there's no one to talk to on the weekends which is when this 1st is

I'm surprised at how long the trash from vacated units remains ....... I almost ran into a junky bookcase...... it was still there a few days ago.... I'm thinking I'm going to relocate.....

The customer service I received was great! The lady that helped me was very courteous, kind, and very informative even though this wasn't her facility. I would recommend Lucky Storage to anyone looking for great customer service in addition to a storage facility!
