Originally did 5 stars now 3 cause they won’t post three closing hours on google maps!!Update: I switched here after having a bad experience with TFCU and bank first and they were very nice. Everything went smoothly, they also have lots of cute cards to pick from and they checked on me when setting up my account asking if I needed a water or anything.

Sadly, cannot recommend this bank or branch. My 94 year old widow neighbor tried to roll over a Certificate of Deposit that she uses to live on the interest. Jill, from Savings accounts, told her that the CD wasn't due for redemption and she would be penalized $438 for trying to redeem. My neighbor double checked her physical paper copy and confirmed it was a 12 month CD while Jill would not listen and insisted the computer was "right".We had to go to the bank, show them the physical copy, it took them 37 minutes to "figure it out", then the excuses began... Part time employee, data entry error, error recording duration and return rate, failed to make record copy, and so on. This episode does NOT reflect well on this branch, if not bank in general. Such sloppy, unprofessional record keeping; poor customer service & support, threatening to penalize a customer over their error, causing an elderly woman such distress and loss of sleep, is shameful. It all could have been avoided had Jill simply listened and worked with her. I recommend taking your banking and loan needs elsewhere. And if you are fortunate enough to have worked hard, saved your whole life to be ready in retirement by using Certificates of Deposit, ensure you keep accurate records, insist upon paper not digital records, and watch these folks...

All but one employee is professional but 1 unprofessional employee can run customers off. I used her as an example to how NOT TO TREAT CUSTOMERS for my 15 year old son. He couldn't believe her refusing to do our transactions yesterday after we had waited our turn in line. We stepped up my gutt was telling me she's sick she has not handle changes on my accounts months back costing me $10 per month, now she refused to do her job as she struck up a conversation with a customer who had an employee waiting on her, as my son & I got the message loud & clear. Today I closed out our family accounts she was working the drive thru she saw us & started laughing. I don't know her name I haven't had a negative conversation with her, I hate drama also praying that bank doesn't allow her to take my personal info SS# DOB Address full name & bring false accounts with my info. One horrible employee people there are many others banks without that sick twisted banker.
