Went into the store on Division in Guthrie with a hub off of a piece of playground equipment from a daycare that I was trying to repair. The bearings were completely disintegrated, and there was no way of knowing who made that hub. When I went in the gentleman that helped me, Abe (if he's not running that place, he absolutely should be!) looked at it, very quickly got a micrometer, measured the inside of the Hub, and quickly returned with a bearing and seal set. They work perfectly! I don't think I've ever been in any parts store and ran across anyone as proficient, sharp, and familiar with mechanical parts. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be back for anything else that I need.

Charles was the only person there to think to look and see that we had some broken wires leading to our Mass Air Flow Sensor, that was throwing a code. After we had already replaced the sensor twice. The code wouldn’t go away until those broken wires were repaired. A+++++ customer service from Charles.
