So far the work was fine, I just got my car. But I'm frustrated because the cost was misrepresented to me. The guys in the shop answered all my questions. I made sure to ask a lot about pricing and labor costs. When I picked up my car it was 2x what I expected. The owner said those guys aren't authorized to quote prices, only he could, but they sure felt comfortable estimating and guessing pretty confidently. He was around but didn't bother to get me a better quote prior to doing work, not even a phone call. Even if he's right about the actual cost, I feel taken advantage of. And I feel bad writing this because the shop guys were super nice and I think they meant well but it's hard when you have to budget and I could have made other choices. They seem like nice people but more professional communication would go a long way.

Great service! I couldn’t be happier. Petty’s was super courteous and helpful. They repaired my car quickly and for a fair price. I never got the bad feeling that they were trying to do anything that wasn’t transparent and honest. This will be my repair shop now! Thank you!!

My Rover and I was on the side of the road I call Patty's say I need my tire changed. They're closed he says he'll stay open and wait for me. They fixed my tire. Charged me 10 bucks, and have a good day. They really made my day a good day. Thank you very much.

Ive been to this place several times and i will not goto another mechanic! Hands down the best price around. I checked alot of places but no one is as lenient as mr petty when it comes to pricing. His mechanics are always informative and respectful! I will recommend this place any and everytime someone asks for a mechanic!!!Services: Oil change

My car became locked in park at a local fueling station off of I-35, near Edmond Oklahoma. I phoned Petty's Service Center and Mr Petty sent Brendon his mechanic over. After arriving at the station he manually, (under the hood), placed my car into drive and then followed me to Petty's Service Center located on Douglas Boulevard. There he placed my car back into park. My car was repaired and ready by the next business day, prior to 11:30 am. It's refreshing seeing honest and respectable people that care enough to help others during a breakdown. Instead of asking me to tow my vehicle there, Brendon came on his own and began service at the point of difficulty. This is the second time they have helped me out of a difficult situation! They are genuine in word and action. I am grateful that they have helped me out twice! I also know that you can trust them with your cars maintenance, service or even if for consultation regarding possible repairs. Thank You Marven and Brendon, it is truly a privilege! James Cassel
