This vet came highly recommended so I decided to try them out today for a puppy count x-ray…. not only did they charge me more than I was quoted over the phone, but the pictures are absolutely horrible quality. I was charged for 2 pics when I didn’t request two…. Not only that but they only showed me one which was the WORST quality X-ray I’ve ever seen….. horrible service. Horrible customer service. Will absolutely never return

I have confidence in the experience and training of the vet and his staff. At this practice, people are ( in my opinion ) "all business." I appreciate that when the health of my pets is concerned.

Brought in a puppy that had been poisoned and they could’ve cared less, 7 people standing around at 4:50 , 40 mins before they close, and not 1 person offered to help or even call the vet.

I called and got an appointment about 2 weeks out. That was okay with me since it was not an emergency. We arrived and were seen within 10 min. They lovingly clipped my Big Dog's paws. And we established new client information. My dog doesn't usually like to go to new vets but he didn't seem to have a problem with Southpointe.

I brought my dog here the first time and had a wonderful experience. We came for a nail trim and a quick checkup and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. 35 bucks. I think we found our new vet!

Very affordable rates, great with our animals. Truly felt like they cared about my dogs, and they don't find reasons to mark up the price like they do in the city.
This feels like my family vet from my hometown I've been looking for since we've moved here.
