I signed up with t mobile after being with ATT. They had a $200 offer for transferring! I'm over 6 months in and still haven't received my rebate. I get nothing but runaround excuses!! I go not recommend T Mobil!!

Went in on 10/29/22 to upgrade my phone and add an Apple Watch to my account. Ethan & Corbin took care of this with with no problems at all. Very professional and personable. So happy to have a T-Mobile store in Guthrie. Appreciate you gentlemen!

My experience was awful. The manager was rude quick to tell me how life works but couldn't fix my issues. Told me to have a nice life and when I said what? She says have good one. Basically said buzzoff she didn't have time for me

had a broken phone and the insurance company said I didn't have insurance. I went to T mobile on division and had them look it up they said we did have insurance. So I asked the store employee if they could call the insurance company. They said it was not their problem.I asked to speak to a manager I was informed that she would not call the manager nor give me his/her contact information. I was adamant about my desire to speak to management as I have been 18.00 a month for 2.5 years on insurance that they are not letting me use.This time she brought a very rude employee named Stephanie C. And she once again refused to help me talk to a manager. And then told me I needed to leave the store. Because I asked to talk to management .I had not raised my voice nor used any inappropriate language . I was very short because I was being told I would t be receiving any help. After an hour on line with T-Mobile CS , they absolutely verified that the girls in the store could of called the insurance company and straightened it out for us would of took them 10mn out of their lives.I have been a customer for 5 years I have never had any problems with T mobile until this store here in guthrie.But special SHOT OUT TO Stephanie C. Who likes to mock and cajole loyal customers that just were trying to get help with a legitimate issue.So if the manager wants to believe his employees, i say pull up the cameras and lets all have a little movie night.

Spoke with Luis about a claim not processing correctly online. He knew exactly what to do and how to handle the situation. Did not miss a beat when it came to answering any questions we had. Claim went through and was processed within 20 minutes. Promote this man through the roof.

Had one of the best customer service representatives. Ethan was very kind and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell the most expensive phones. He listened to what we needed and sold us the phone that met those needs. I would highly recommend going to see Ethan and the rest of the staff for all your cell phone needs. Also, the experience I had at T-Mobile in Guthrie was MUCH better than the experience I had at AT&T in Guthrie. I was there for 3 hours and still didn't have the issue resolved when I left. T-Mobile plans are less expensive than AT&T by at least $100/mo.

Very misleading about what you are getting. Went in there and was told my was not under warranty. Which I later found out it was. They offered me a phone for free at no charge if I paid the taxes and acitvation fee with no extra charge to the account. Bill came, I had to pay for the phone in full. Be very careful They do not know what they are doing and do not stand behind there word. I would not recommend this store. Go to another T-mobile store

Mobile experts Steph, Cody, Ash, and Ethan; retail associate Jose; retail store manager Jaime; and the remote team outdid themselves in their knowledgeable and kindly excellence resolving a knotty problem-set for our household. That included help with changing geographical location from my prior Guthrie one to where we are landing; with lost and then located equipment; and with our equipment-change. We are grateful to be with T-Mobile and highly recommend that store in particular.I have every confidence that skilled professionals Steph, Cody, Ash, Ethan, Jose, and Jaime will rise and excel in this or any field they choose. They made our household's lives easier and we are grateful.

I went in on 10/29/2021 and Steph was so friendly and helpful. I had never purchased the newest phone available before and was nervous. Steph was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. She made me feel comfortable and made the process of getting a new phone and upgrading my line effortless.

Had a question about why my data keeps turning off and on when not connected to Wi-Fi, but no one answered my call. I know they were open at 5pm, bc they close at 6pm, but no answer. Won't be shopping there, would much rather go to Edmond for good customer service.
