Great people in the store. Pharmacy hours the last 6 months has become so erratic, it is difficult at times to get refills on maintenance medications. I've had to drive to Edmond to get a prescription refilled on more than one occasion. My family is in process to move the prescriptions to another pharmacy. Sorry Walgreen's, I can't revolve my schedule around your lack of pharmacy hours and will not retract this review.

The staff in the Pharmacy at this Walgreens in Guthrie, OK is outstanding! They are always professional, courteous and kind. Highly recommend them for vaccinations, like flu shots and all medications. ?

I'm sorry you guys were all sick and closed for several days...it puts your customers in a bind also. The blonde lady at the window is rude as hell and can't answer a question other than 5mg??? And throws the phone down on the counter so you can't ask any other questions while picking up your spouces medications...I'm sorry my 3 minutes in the drive through was that rough on you.

I work as a first responder and needed cream for a fungal infection on my chin. I got off work and rushed to the urgent care and got a prescription on for cream. I came by last night around 8pm when they should have been open until 9pm and they were closed. I came by at 11:20am after they’d been open for a while before work to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready. I despise Walmart and their money grabbing ways but I’m considering just sending my prescriptions to them. I’ve lived in Guthrie for only two years and I have nothing positive to say about this Walgreens. Even if it’s not a prescription I need and I print photos something is always wrong with what I get here.

On 8-3-22 I called in to check on my prescription and was told it would be $23. When I went to pick it up, just an hour later, I was charged $32.68. I was not paying attention and didn't notice it until I got home. I called them and asked about the price change and was told it was because of the distributor charge. Never will deal with Walgreen again.

Worst pharmacy in Oklahoma. Continually making errors. My recommendation would be to not go there until there is a management change.
