Love the store, hate the pharmacy. I looked at the website to be sure I could pick up my prescription, since I didn't on a Sunday a few weeks ago and they were closed. So I wanted to be sure this time, Saturday, and I drove up and there's a big sign on the window saying they are closed. Closer to the house isn't very convenient if you aren't open when you say you are.

Your store in Guthrie Oklahoma is the absolute worst store I've ever seen in my life.
The only way to get your prescription is to wait in the drive through. I waited an hour and 20 minutes only to find out that They are not conpractice through the v. A. And they wanted me to pay over a $100 for my prescription.
Even though I went there earlier today and they said it would not be an issue.
If it wasn't an emergency. I wouldn't even have wasted my time. I could promise you one thing I will never in my life go to another Walgreens.

The drive thru line is literally wrapped around the store. The inside is not open. Do better Walgreens! Time to find a new pharmacy.

Why is Jenna so rude? Every time I call or she helps me in person she's extremely rude and talks to people like they are stupid. I've had this encounter with her enough times to know she isn't just having a bad day. Maybe customer service isn't the best job suited for her.Switching to Cornwell now.

I needed an antibiotic for a sinus infection. My doctor called my prescription in but a common antibiotic they could not get for 4 days. So they called my doctor and got a different one. So I had to wait until the next day, went to pick it up and they only had a few, had to come back the next day they had a few more. They ordered more and I went to pick it up a couple days later and it was not ready. Waited and then they said sorry we are going to look lunch. Came back 30 minute yes later and finally got the last 4 pills. 5 tries to get one prescription filled. Inept. After 30 years of using Walgreens I am done.

The NICEST pharmacy staff ever. Seriously. I've had so many issues with insurance and they have been so sweet and kind explaining everything. They were super nice when my kids went repeatedly for covid testing. Been using them for 2 years and it's been fantastic.

I talked with a woman pharmacist who' was extremely knowledgeable on the phone. I went to the store and she was even more helpful. She helped me figure out the right eye medicine, lotion, etc. Specifically for my situation. Staff very good at protecting privacy. Shelves well -stocked.
