“Roughly 400 miles in to cross country drive with trailer from KCMO to PHX AZ, we encountered issues with our vehicle after overnight stay at a motel in Guymon - on a Sunday morning!! Richard came out to the hotel to troubleshoot, found the part at a local parts supplier then helped tow us up the road to their shop where he spent his Sunday afternoon getting us back on the road! We thought we would surely be out of luck but J Mattocks got us taken care of. Amazing, knowledgeable service, and kindness that had us blown away. Thank you!”

“We are traveling from out of state. RV alerted low pressure right front tire. We called from a few miles away and they quoted prices for mobile truck service vs us driving the short distance to the shop. We chose to top up with our portable pump and drive. Upon arrival, we were promptly served. These guys took us an hour before closing and checked the tire thoroughly. Finding no leak, they reinstalled the tire. As Dalton was topping off the air, he noticed a loose valve stem and snugged it up. Problem diagnosed and solved. After saving our trip, they quoted no charge. Unheard of honesty in today’s world. Obviously we tipped Dalton for his professionalism and integrity. I can’t drive 1,000 miles for tire service but if you are local, these folks are great.”
