“I play professional arena football and was driving cross country to make it to training camp. My car broke down in Guymon. I went to the shop an hour before closing and javiar still took the time to look at my car and buy the parts needed. He started working on my car right away and changed my fuel pump. He was so kind to also drive me to and from my hotel and refused to take gas money. He had me back on the road the next morning just in time for me to continue driving and make it to camp on time. Javiar is a great mechanic and saved me from being late! R and B auto has reasonable prices and I wish Javiar the best in life. “Roughly 400 miles in to cross country drive with trailer from KCMO to PHX AZ, we encountered issues with our vehicle after overnight stay at a motel in Guymon - on a Sunday morning!! Richard came out to the hotel to troubleshoot, found the part at a local parts supplier then helped tow us up the road to their shop where he spent his Sunday afternoon getting us back on the road! We thought we would surely be out of luck but J Mattocks got us taken care of. Amazing, knowledgeable service, and kindness that had us blown away. Thank you!”
“Had a fuel filter plugged on my Kenworth with an Odd Filter cartridge type! Only place on Hwy 54 From Emporia Ks to Santa Rosa that had it and he let me borrow the Channel Locks to change it or I would have been stranded until Tuesday! Has a lot of stuff for Semi’s!”

“I had an oil leak, squealing belt, and check engine light for o2 sensor. I took it to a mechanic and they trying charge me 3,000 for oil filter housing and new catalytic converter and that the belt squeals because of the oil leaking. I was hesitant because the amount they were asking. So I called performance, told them what other mechanic told me and he said he look at it and quote me. Turn out not even oil filter housing or my catalytic converter, but something simple as seals and new belt and a o2 sensor. Went from 3,000 to 800.
I got my car back couple days after and started sorta stalling, I called them back. They came and pick my car up and told me they didn’t put a certain piece on good, but they fix it and drop my car back off where I work. I would recommend him to anyone. He was helpful understanding everything, got my car fix in timely manner, and will work with you! I will be back to this shop if I have may more problems in future.”
