James Johnson is the name on the card given to me as the general manager of the Simple Rewards Inn in Guymon Oklahoma. After I checked in a girl from the service desk came to my room and said that I must pay $25 for my animal. My animal is a service animal and there should be no charge. She said they charge $25 for all animals. I asked to see the manager. When the manager came to the counter he said my animal scared him and neither of us was welcome there. I told him he was violating a federal law on discrimination. He said no mater, neither of us was welcome. I returned to my room and gathered my items and returned the keys to the front desk. I am now out of over $65 due to a no refund policy. This is not the first time this motel has done this to me, but it is the last. Before they required I have an animal cage to keep my animal in, I refused.
Noteworthy details: Manager does not abide by Federal Laws pertaining to disability.

This hotel is very nice , clean , and best of all …$50 a night !!(if paying with cash) . We travel for work and finding a hotel like this for this price is just amazing. Conveniently near restaurants and walking distance to the Allsups across the street. So thankful to have found this hotel as most were $90+ a night.

Spent the night while Traveling with my 89-year-old mother from Colorado to San Antonio. What a gem, perfect and simple. The rooms were huge and very clean which are not indicative of such an amazing price

My semi broke down and I found a great place to stay! Very reasonable priced, lots of truck parking, very friendly staff,my room was immaculate and not to leave out the hot breakfast!! Friendly team! Thanks all of you for the silver lining to a break down, I'll be back under better circumstances next time!!!

Front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. No senior discount but room rates are economical. No charge for my Yorkie.Room was clean.Tub damaged but okay for showering.No towels or soap in room,had to go to front desk for same. Breakfast was okay. I would stay here again.

Very good place to stay. Had to extend our stay for work a couple times and Tommy shuffled things around to make it easy for us

The place is very good, and the location is very good, the place is nice and comfortable, a little noisy since it is close to a truck stop so you have to get up early or use ear protection to sleep all night

Give your staff paid sick leave so they aren’t getting guests sick. The person who checked us in was visibly coughing and sniffling. They weren’t wearing a mask, and frequently wiped their nose before touching things like the room keys. Two days later and I’m sick too. A reputable business wouldn’t make their employees work when they’re sick.

I highly recommend Simple Rewards Inn to anyone travelling through Guymon looking for friendly service and a nice place to stay. After researching hotels along my route, I decided to reserve a room here after reading many reviews about how nice this place was. Well, the reviews were right; when I arrived, I found the staff friendly and the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic and I enjoyed the eggs, sausages, and biscuits with gravy; my kids enjoyed their donuts and bagels too. I was also grateful that they accepted pets and my two cats were comfortable during their stay. All in all, having to pay $100 for the four of us with our two cats was a fantastic value.
After we left, I realized a couple of hours outside of town, that I couldn't find my wedding ring. I got a sinking feeling in my stomach and I feared I lost it. I immediately called Simple Rewards Inn to see if they could search the room for me. A short time later, they called me back, and to my great relief they said they found it. I asked if they could mail it to me since I was already hours away and they did! It arrived today and I am forever grateful to the manager and staff for their honesty and kindness. Thank you for going above and beyond for me; I will always appreciate this gesture. Cheers!

Made a reservation, called to confirm and that we would be late (gave approximate time), which the guy on the phone said was fine, they'd see us when we arrive and safe travels. We get here within 5 mins of the time frame, check in, pay, and... Ops, no room. Well, a smoking room. Nope, you'll have to call for a refund which you probably won't get because it's 12:05 (after midnight). No thanks, I'll sleep in my vehicle. Well, let me move some reservations around (5 mins later) we have a room. This place reeks of smoke, even non smoking rooms. Lady a desk was horrible, needs customer service training. It's worth the little extra to stay somewhere else.
Edit* Morning staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and coffee was hot! Great start to the day.
Rooms: Not horrible, dated, but just there to sleep on on way somewhere else. Smells of smoke terribly even though it's a non smoking room.
Food and drinks: They have pop and ice at the front desk. Pop is $1.00, no clue what ice is.

Extremely clean rooms, Great Breakfast…scrambled eggs, biscuits, & gravy with sausage. Reasonable rates.
Rooms: Larger than normal rooms, comfortable beds.

Great price for what you get! The hot breakfast is great! And there are plenty of options!
Food and drinks: The hot breakfast was awesome! They had eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and sooo much more!
