Heidi Edwards went above and beyond when my wife and I went in needing a car trailer (we had just blown our engine traveling from Arizona to our home in Michigan). She was extremely helpful, pleasant as can be, made us feel welcomed in a town we knew no one, and made us feel safe. I would recommend this place 15/10 just because of Heidi.

Excellent service provided! All questions were answered and everything was explained thoroughly. My husband and I will definitely be going back whenever we need to rent a uhaul again.

Without a doubt the worst U haul dealership we have ever dealt with...ever!! Rented a trailer from them that they have obviously never inspected. Side lights did not work on one side and trailer was full of mud. Had a storage unit there and spent a couple hours trapped inside the complex cuz the codes did not work to open the gate to get out . The owners just don't seem to care. It's only staffed a couple hours a day. Avoid if at all possible
