Not too bad, but I wish they could accept QR codes off your phone and not have to buy a shipping label for over $5.00

Called to ask a simple question for some clarification. The woman who answered the phone was nasty , rude and then banged the phone ! There’s no need to be rude . Especially at 7:50 in the am ! Hopefully they get better workers .
