Had them 2 weeks and the internet went down today and they are telling me and all my neighbors we wont have internet for minimum 6 days. We also can barely use our internet because the janky eero box they give us sucks sooooo bad. Always over heating no matter how much open space it has. Also shutting off at random. Very inconsistent service. Lazy technicians that leave all of the cables laying around in your yard.

Worst internet company out there long call waits, and when they finally answer they don’t do anything. Waste of money and time.
