“Chase bank is so awesome!! I've used several banks or credit unions over my lifetime. Then I changed to Chase bank about 8 or 9 yrs ago. I've had both checking/saving accts of course, & debit card. And a credit card. And several times I've gone in to get help or advise for paperwork, or notarize papers (which is free), have them print different kinds of graphs from my accts. They have always, every single time, no matter what city, been helpful & professional in their assistance. There have been a few times they have called me to ask about use of my acct for purchase that "doesn't look right". And each time they were right. They immediately caught it, shut acct down, & replaced money taken from my acct. They sent me a new debit card pronto & took care of the misuse of my acct.Chase has made my life SOOO much easier!!!”
