I called to asked one of the representatives if I could transfer my money from BancFirst to another bank due to me moving & he said I couldn’t use cash app making fun of my bank account balance. He was very disrespectful & unprofessional. I called back & the lady that answered was very cordial & gave me a better understanding.

This is my least favorite BancFirst branch as they often are very short with me and require me to sign a deposit or withdrawal slip. However, it's my understanding, it's part of a teller's job description.

Orderd a card because my old one was stolen the fraud department was great and very helpful but 3 to five businesses days on receiving my new card was bs its been two weeks and they can't give me any actual answer just excuses that don't line up right
