Elevator is out so we had to take the stairs every time we came back to the hotel.

This was a bit further from I-40 than we understood. The rooms were quiet and clean. The problem was the elevator was broken. Our room was supposed to be on the third floor but we have just driven nearly 750 mi so we did not have the energy to go up to the third floor. They did change our room to the second floor but still it was a challenge Carrie and everything up and down the stairway when we were so tired. Had we known the elevator was broken we would have booked somewhere else. This is my fault as I have been using Expedia and now know not to use that app.

Rooms were clean, no bed bugs. Front desk clerks were polite and helpful. Motel is just minutes away from our family, very convenient.

Great location for our ball tournament in Choctaw! It was easy to travel in and out of this area. Very basic breakfast. The staff were so so kind!!! Very welcoming. Comfortable beds and rooms. We're already booked to come back for our next tournament.

I made a reservation with Shannon because our power went out on a school night. (Parent to a 7 year old) we showed up to our house with take out and we had no power. She really went above and beyond. Her attitude was so kind and understanding. She did what she could within her position and she made me feel appreciated. Thank you Shannon for your help.

First and foremost - I am VERY upset with this hotel!! We stayed 3 nights here, and ALL 3 nights it took 30+ minutes for the hot water to reach our room (which we was on the 1st floor, and I NEVER had this happened before) the person the check us in that night, was NOT very helpful either with the whole situation!!! Sunday morning that house keeper knocked on our door before 9AM.
When it came time to check out Monday morning we asked to speak to the manger (please keep in mind, it was at 9AM) which took her forever to come to the front desk and the first thing she said to us was, “please don’t hurry me, my computer isn’t even warmed up yet” which during our conversation she stated that 3 times!! She also said she would call us later to refund one of my nights for us because of the hot water issues. I have called and left two VM, and still not call back!!
I would highly not recommend!!!
The room and king size bed was comfortable, and the is the ONLY thing they have going for them!!

We were affected by the tornados recently and wanted to stay in a place with power and running water that was close by, and Robert at the front desk really helped us out by giving us a more than fair rate adjustment, he was awesome, so helpful. The room was very clean, and the beds and linen were so comfortable. The shower felt so good! It was so quite too, even though there were young kids on our floor, we didnt hear anyone else. Even the toilets and plumbing was quite! Would stay again 100%.

There are few places to stay in Harrah, but this was the best Comfort Inn I've ever stayed in. They have super friendly staff and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've found.
