WELL I'M SORRY TO SAY BUT SOME OF THE HIGHER UP PEOPLE ARE JUST A LITTLE BIT SNOBY AND RUDE BUT THEY DO HAVE SOME VERY NICE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE AND THERE THE ONE'S THAT MAKE UP FOR THE RUDE ONE'S.
