We called to order flowers for a customer of ours for a friend there and the lady that answered the phone told me they were closed and not delivering because someone there had tested positive for the virus. I called my customer and let her know, on her friends birthday she called and wished her a happy birthday and told her she had tried to send flowers but was told that Annie's Flowerhouse and Gifts was closed. Her friend told her that she had received flowers from her daughter so there must be miscommunication somewhere. We are very disappointed for our customer and her friend.

Great florist shop! They are friendly and helpful. I usually ask for any sort of arrangement and I've never been disappointed with that they produce.
