There's a reason why I stay out of town. This is the worst coffin shape I've ever had. And the service on top of it is terrible. Point of doing nails is not being mad at what the customer is asking for. That's not good business. Now I have to go home and fix my nails because these are garbage. You will see in the photos. They also don't go underneath the nails with a drill bit so will not return. The husband is better in Muskogee in the mall by themselves. If you want something decent, they're at least better. Or just find someone else.

So I had the misfortune of experiencing a pedicure with my wife at this shop. The tech who was working on my foot was digging in very deeply and drew blood as I told her my discomfort and to lay off my big toe. I understand my nails aren't the greatest and tech are doing their best but when I say stop.... That should be that!
Nothing else was a miss between my wife and I until we went to pay. Our pedicure was priced at $35 a piece for a grand total of $70. My wife's tech hid in the back and tried having the lady who attended me to upcharge an extra $5 for a made up service that was not discussed nor performed . I tried to explain this to my tech who then began speaking softer and softer to the point that my hearing aids were no longer able to hear her.
This was our 1st and our last time giving this business our business in the future. The practice of price hike is bad for business and so not to continue any further scene, I minimized the tip amount I was going to give which not came out of their end for the hustle.
I would like to point out that it's not monetary amount of $5 dollars that I'm upset about, but the shady way in which these ladies went about thinking their hustle was appropriate.
