I went in to ask about an upgrade and the lady behind the counter was very helpful at informing the only phone I could upgrade to was 169.00 I thought wow that's really high so I ask her if I switched from a Obama phone to a regular line like a new customer, she said I couldn't, I said what if I canceled she said I would have to do that and gave me a card, so then I said after I come back from doing that what could you offer me? She said if I would listen that's when I got offended and told her she was being ridiculous and I told her to have a nice day turned around and walked out the door... I just want to thank you and her for giving that opportunity to see I'm not where I want to be I want and strive to assert patience and self control, I failed, but the good news is today I get to practice mercy, forgiveness,love, and the ability to be humble, and meek, I ask to be forgiven and hope everything can be reconciled, and pray the next experience I have with that kind of wickedness is received and handled better on the behalf of the High God, Lord, Savior, and king of this world, and again thank you I put it in God's righteous hands and claim his Joy, and peace that my obedience from the disrespect robbed me of, and I give you 5 stars for that valuable lesson it taught me about my self. Thank you and God bless 🙏

Horrible experience. I bought a Samsung phone from them. It is faulty and the person working properly and the women doesn't believe. She dialed a number and let it ring for 5 minutes and it didn't drop the number. Guess she forgot that I told it reception was in and out. You will be trying to talk and thecstatic is so bad you cannot understand them and then it drops he call. NThis is a new phone that I have only had 2, maybe 3 months. I need a replacement that works!

Phone warranty is terrible and service is shotty at times but store employees in Henryetta Oklahoma and customer service are very professional and polite gave a 2star because of phone warranty and service tried to get a replacement and was told it would be $27.44 for a phone messing up and $110 to upgrade not very happy at the moment to be honest

hey, this place is awesome. They've been helping me & my FAM for YEARS! Always treated my momma with respect & courtesy when it came to her cell phone needs. Then when it came time for me to move back home to help the FAM, the super nice lady (name4got,sry) at the HENRYETTA office went above & beyond to help me with getting my gov't acct turned on. It took quite an effort on her part, but she called me the following business day to tell me my smartfone was ready. Thanks aloT Henryetta Easy Wireless!

It sucked I upgraded my phone and the new phones charging port is missed up and they don’t want to do anything about it I am probably going to be switching from easy wireless
