Everyone was so kind to my daughter and I. My daughter is two, so she can be a handful, but they treated her with kindness and Erin even gave her a sucker. There are few places you can take a toddler where you can genuinely feel comfortable and in a non judgement zone, and this place is one of them. S/O to Erin for being my cashier!

Somehow it takes longer for a package to get to my house from the Henryetta post office than it does for that same package to get from South Texas to the Henryetta post office. It should be illegal for a local postmaster to sit on packages for 48 hours or longer. I don't see how deliberately delaying a delivery is legal.

Liars, they lie to you to cover up their ignorance in doing their job. They lie to your face so they will not have to do anything. If you go in there an hour before they are to close don't expect to get anything done the right way i have lived all over an this is the worse postal service I have encountered.

The people seem nice but they NEVER "have room in their personal vehicle" for packages. If it doesn't fit in a mailbox then they "don't have room". Very frustrating.

Staff is completely different when the post master around when he's not it's an inconvenience to go out of their way for you.
