Outstanding service! I live in France and placed an over the phone order, sameday delivery to Binger. Patty was excellent and extremely helpful. She even sent me an email with a picture of the bouquet of Roses and Lilies for my Mother's Birthday. I am extremely satisfied! ??????

I read the reviews of this florist and didn't have my hopes up. LOOK AGAIN though! This place is AMAZING. It was my great grandmother's 93rd birthday today and I wanted to send her some flowers. I didn't know her physical address for a delivery at that moment I called but the lady that I talked to over the phone knew my grandmother! Not only did she give me great options for bouquets, she also wrote a note to be delivered with it.

My aunt passed away suddenly in Geary, Oklahoma, and I ordered a basket of flowers and snacks to send to my cousins from In Bloom on Thursday. The lady who took my order was very helpful and said she'd deliver the basket that day and I gave my cousin's number to her so that she could make sure that someone would be home. On Friday night and Saturday morning I tried to call the florist with no answer. My cousins did not receive the basket. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and posted on their Facebook page and someone called me and said that there was confusion and they were going to deliver the basket on Monday to the funeral home, but she would go ahead and deliver it to my cousin's home that day. I never gave them any information on the funeral home and why would I want snacks sent to the funeral home? Thankfully the basket was delivered and I cancelled the dispute. Hopefully this was just a one time mix up.
