“I have always enjoyed shopping at Wal Mart mostly because of the large selection of goods and the price, although the prices could stay lower to help the struggling families of today. I have recently started learning how to order for pick up and shopping online due to physical limitations. The only thing I don't like about both of these avenues of shopping is they do not give you a list of my ordered items and a receipt of what actually got purchased. I think both should be kept with the final order because I know this last delivery did not contain everything I had ordered and the items that didn't get to my delivery were not deducted from my total cost either, but I had no way of proving anything. So I would like this to be changed for the consumers to feel confident in shopping these ways. I'll find out through management how to request this to happen in the very near future. Thank you Wal Mart!”
