“This company was awesome! My vehicle (a 22ft shuttle bus with duallys) was 80 miles from Portland, in the middle of nowhere, parked at a location where the proprietor was less than helpful. Babb's has to send a 2nd truck when the first Babb's truck was not allowed to retrieve it due to "uncooperativeness" from the business which had posession. A 2nd truck was dispatched and, although it was too late to get it to its destination mechanic's business due to no fault of Babb's, they kept it on their business property, and with my permission, delivered it the next morning, with supreme professionalism and timeliness. I had multipe conversations with Babb's, both phone and texts throughout this challenging event. They never lost their pleasant demeanor!! Thanks for making a very difficult situation bearable! This may have posted twice, apologies if it did, but Babb's deserves double stars for their efforts to reconcile a terrible situation on my behalf. Thanks again~”
