Love my hometown staff and seeing their faces whenever I shop! Only con is that during the triple degree heat that we have in our Oklahoma summers that lasts for weeks at a time, the inside of the store is sometimes hotter than it is outside and the staff has absolutely NO WAY to change the thermostat because only the headquarters in Tennessee can control it. If that isn’t the most ridiculous thing that you’ve ever heard… then idk what would be! Do better for your small town, hometown store DG!!!

Shelves are never stocked poor quality employees with poor attitudes so not surprised lucky if you can even get service here

Horrible customer service. Manager belligerent. No one would show me where masks were cause they did not know. Get a grip on customer service donut! Or you will always be stuck in you dead end job.

They have most of what you need . The problem is the General Manager . The Sheriff of Harman county is her dad and she believes that gives her the right to do or say what she wants and if it doesn't go her way , she calls her dad . She is only nice to you if you are a police officer or she knows and likes you . She has gone as far as to say Dollar General will never fire her without having to close their story (in Hollis Oklahoma) . Like I said , she seems to think she can do thing's the way she wants and she doesn't have to answer to Dollar General for her actions .
