very friendly Older gentleman trying to keep his business booming room was about $50 quality matched the price.pros very good price,safe easy access to road,Cons right next to a train transfer station, no internet wifi, thin walls.I would stay here again if I needed to save some money

I stayed here for one week. I found it to be a safe area, prices were great, and the service is wonderful. I recommend people to check this place out. Our room was in great condition, and they have free laundry service. We had a good experience.Walkability: Dollar general right across the road.

Very friendly and actually family friendly. Nothing fancy, some cute vintage features, like original turquoise tub! The nice gentleman who owns and operates the place is slowly updating whatever needs it, but keeps the charming small town motel vibes. Fair price. Pretty clean. Train right out back, so bring ear plugs!

Cheap, clean, great customer service. We only stayed one night on our way back home from the Grand Canyon. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom clean. We accidentally left one of our wallets there and the gentleman sent it back to us. If I ever am out that way again and need a place to lay my head I will definitely use this little place again!

The owner of the hotel answered every time I called and made sure I answered all my questions even when he wasn’t at the hotel himself. David, at the front office is very nice and a pleasure to work with as well, he explained things clearly to me and any questions I had he answered them clearly. Yes next to the railroad tracks with trains coming or going, but given its location, it’s perfect for what I needed. Get some rest, shower and take a break off the road. I would say it’s a no frills kinda place, but it’s more than that and you can tell as the owner is putting so much work into it. Fresh paint made bed, toiletries and towels all in order. No point in complaining about something I have no control over (nor does the motel ie. train) my overall experience was fantastic definitely will stay here again if I’m in the area and feeling tired. Very reasonable price for what you get.

The train whistle blows every hour and the bed is very comfortable for one person but horrible for 2 people. I slept in my car and got a better night's sleep.
