“I've actually lived here twice, Rick is the Sight Manager. He will do as much as he can to make your living experience here great, as long as you try to follow the rules. They aren't any worse than if I owned my apartment except I'm renting here. I appreciate the grounds kept up. The appt maintenance in case of a broken toilet, sink, or worse! Stopped up! I will admit turnover is slow. I waited 2 years the second time. But it's a safe feeling here. They even put up cameras. The only problem is, there's no pond, or lake for fishing. ha ha?”
