I've actually lived here twice, Rick is the Sight Manager. He will do as much as he can to make your living experience here great, as long as you try to follow the rules. They aren't any worse than if I owned my apartment except I'm renting here. I appreciate the grounds kept up. The appt maintenance in case of a broken toilet, sink, or worse! Stopped up! I will admit turnover is slow. I waited 2 years the second time. But it's a safe feeling here. They even put up cameras. The only problem is, there's no pond, or lake for fishing. ha ha😀

It's been a few years since my mother has lived here but I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I was with the apartments. Rick the manager was the absolute best with any issues mom had.
They never have to change a lightbulb or an air conditioner filter. There's a indoor storm shelter. A community room with kitchen and laundry available. Activities for those who enjoy fellowship are offered.
All in all I have to say this is the most amazing place for any family member who is disabled or handicapped
