I've been there two times in the last week and the workers were rude and talked over you and did not try to help you I asked if I could get a 8 dollar charge off that is supposed to help you get screens fixed for free but I Learned it was a $250 deposit and the phone is only $199 I asked for assistance getting off a lease bc I was told it was 60 a month not 60 every 2 weeks and I would have paid over 900 dollars over the retailers price and the store manager didn't want to help me it was 10:01 on Monday and she stated she had a meeting at 11. I asked if I could get the phone outright and she said no it would be 599 and I asked if there was anything she could do then she offered the information that I could add a line then get it for 199 and I called in for the 8 dollar charge she said she couldn't change accounts charges over the phone and said you'd have to come in the store and I asked what about the app and then she offered up the information that i could do that then I called back asking about the Hotspot not working and she was rude and talked over me yelling saying I thought I told you you couldn't do anything over the phone I told her I thought that was for changes in account payments not services offered and I asked if I needed to bring the phone in and then she offered the information you'll have to call customer service actually bc is usually a technical issue. These ladies are not very helpful and didn't want to be helpful and I'm a RN so I'm in the business of helping people and u could tell these people didn't want to do anything except shift their weight and authority around and not offer you any way to help I had to ask myself for alternative ways these people are so rude that they don't like their job they should look for a job away from helping the public to cricket I don't know the ladies name but one worked Monday and she was African American worked day shift and the other was Indian or Hispanic and she worked Tuesday evening before close
