Ordered thru the app. Spent 20 mins waiting outside. Had hungry kids so went inside spent another 20 mins waiting. Never got my food. Was told it never came thru the computer. Shower all the information that I ordered. People coming going getting food no issue. Never could get a straight answer about what was going on. I finally gave up and took kids elsewhere. Worst customer service ever.

I came in for an interview in January and spoke with Larry. He told me they weren’t hiring come back second week of February. I called back when they told me and they told me to come in for an interview again. Get there right when they say and they said all hiring managers left an hour ago. Told me to call back so I did. Talked to Larry once again and he told me to come in. And just to make sure my time wasn’t being wasted I asked are they actually hiring. He then says no. So I asked why would you ask me to come in for an interview three different times if you weren’t hiring. He then repeats they aren’t hiring. So I then repeat what I just said and he hung up the phone. I guess they only hire people that come into work drunk… as I heard straight from the GM’s mouth in there getting breakfast one day and at that it was supposedly a manager that came in drunk. I will be contacting corporate.

Been 3 separate times.. one night 2 males workers where bickering... next time management had to tell workers were no fries in fry bin.. 3rd visit I gave a chance took 30 minutes to get breakfast of sausage and biscuit. no longer will stop there ..

I've been through this location several times using the Mobile App curbside pickup. The employees obviously don't know how this app works or they can't read a screen. Multiple times I've had to wait over 10 minutes for my order to be brought and this last time, I never even received my order after waiting 20 minutes. Horrible service here and you are lucky if your order is even right.
