These guys are always willing to go above and beyond every time I go in there. I am not a regular, but have been there four times in the last three years. They have always been super helpful, more than they had to be. I go to them first when I need something, for this reason.

It's like any other auto parts store. They do lack customer service. If you're not a regular, they don't get in any hurry to help. I took away a star for every employee who walked past me without acknowledging me.

Jst priced some brake pads..the employee who answered my call was rude..he did a lot of deep breathes like he was irritated when I asked a question..when I said thank you..he jst hung the phone up..he lacks customer service..I didn't get his name or I would have posted it..hopefully the rest of the employees there are more friendly and appreciate their customers...

I love going to O'Reilly Auto parts store they are very nice and they do their best to help me.
