The owners should make sure their employees aren’t running customers away by being rude to their consistent paying customers. I won’t spend anymore money there…. Little town so I guess cause they feel like people have no choice so they price gouge with fuel prices and have rude people to run the remaining customers away. The world is sad, even the small towns don’t have the kind respectful sweet people anymore.

Just called to make a breakfast order, “out of gravy”, she said (so no milk, no flour, no oil, no salt and pepper? ?), “okay” I replied. “ how about a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit?”, I asked. And after an uncomfortable silence on her end in which resulted in me asking if she was still there, she said “they didn’t make any.” What I would like to know is this, who are “they”? And if you are out of gravy ingredients or gravy mix, why not still make the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit? Does the stove not work since they are out of gravy? I don’t get it. Another thing that this store has going for it is that it has sort of a lottery system when it comes their prices at the register. I have ordered the same thing from this store four times in a row, the same exact items, and each time they rang up at a different price. Not sure who is at the helm of this business but I would suggest being more attentive because I’m sure you have lost business and will only continue to do so. Now I have to drive all the way to Tahlequah when I would love to keep my business local. Better leadership is in order!

They do not know how to multitask. Don't expect a hamburger in a timely manner. Waited 45 minutes for 3 hamburgers.
