About Lake Region Electric Cooperative
Lake Region Electric Cooperative is a Touchstone Energy cooperative owned and controlled by the members it serves, working across ranches, lake homes, and river valleys. It focuses on stable electric rates, dedicated member service, and new technology like fiber-to-the-home to improve quality of life. Reviews mention that fiber service has been a lifeline for remote homes and that repair crews are professional, caring, and effective at fixing issues. However, some customers note that departments within the company seem separate and divided, leading to multiple bills and a lack of cross-training among staff, which can complicate service. Overall, many express being pleased with the service and professionalism received.

Lake Region is always quick to respond anytime we have a power outage, but when we have a disaster like today, they really step up! Thank you for the great job you do and for the hard work of your entire staff!

Let’s see power outages and you need to get more people hired to perform lineman work apparently, to be able to get the work done needed to rent this power outages from being longer than they should be and maybe upgrade your equipment instead of giving everyone raises thanks.
