Well first them just say this it's been a while sence I mess wit Kim I go to angles nails but they was really busy and one of the workers was not there ...soooo I decided to go to kim shop out of all people I had my niece also and I wanted to take her to get her feet done too that's all we had got done and it was the worst care ever her mom was really nice!!! but Kim was not she had an attitude the whole time I try to tell her I wanted my feet at first I wanted French tip but i end up getting just white I had a fake nail on the big toe oh it was to much for her to do while she set over there and talk the whole time threw out her work semm like she only mess with the white people is her favorite her products are very cheap because my paint had lifted up on the gel and my niece paint was not dry as well she charge me 35 and 20 for my niece and mess up one of my toes and told me she take off 10 but if I wanted her to fix it it would be 10 when she should of did it right the first time wow I would never go back Kim dnt know how to do nails ? I would show yall the picture but how you upload.......

Every woman knows how much of a chore it is going to get your nails and toes done, but Maintenance must be done. A friend and I had our feet soaking for an hour and a half not checked on a singular time left in cold water it got to the point where we decided to do the basic pedicure ( which is just one scent option for all pedicures) Because we were ready to leave. The Young boy that did my friends toes was very nice and this is not his fault. He gets started on my friends toes With people still sitting on the couch, another person walked in and asked how long the wait time was and they said it was long and Proceeded to run her foot water and set her a chair. Five minutes later, my friend was about halfway done with her getting her toes done and I look over and the lady who was next to me was completely done and the toenail artist moved on to the person who had walked in five minutes earlier. I decided to just cancel all service and take my money elsewhere when I went to leave and they asked me If I still still wanted my nails and toes done, I proceeded to let them know how unprofessional that was, bad customer service. Everything was out of date which was to be expected with their prices being so low. Def go to Q nails right next to them they are wonderful, have several scent options, cleaner, more relaxing and welcoming , and genuinely attentive to their customers.

Probably the worst Pedicure I've ever had. I kept having to tell her the water was way too hot and almost no massage given with the pedicure. Chairs are really old and facility does not look clean or relaxing. Prices are about average.

Felt like pampering myself so I got my nails done i love the finished product the employees very nice especially mrs kim they got me in quick i think i only waited maybe 5 min i will definitely be going back
