Went to buy lotto tickets with my government issued Identification card that says i’m 20 years of age only to be denied because it wasn’t a ‘driver’s license’. Cashier Tammy needs to really needs to update her id practices seeing as she had to stare at my LEGIT id for 5 minutes with people behind me and still denied me. Lord help if you need anything else if your GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID, Cashier Tammy Might Deny you.

So if Ms. Tammy is working look out. She doesn’t know how to check ID’s and won’t sell to you with passport or government ID. God help you if you use a $2 bill she might call cops on you.

Who ever works the night shift needs to be fired I came in to cash a scratch off in and it was 6:15 am but he wouldn't cash them in. Now he was counting down his money , but every time someone came in he stopped and waited on them but would bot wait on me.... This is not the first time he's done this to me and i think he needs to be fired!!!!

Extremely disappointed!! So I needed to use two different payment methods some cash and some card. The cashier rang it up without taking cash payment off so my card was not approve. So I tried to explain to him how it would go thru. Cutting me off. I try it one more time! .. my partner said no bud I think u should run it till it takes!. ( took offense to him being so rude to begin with) then worker walks off and calls manager, which didn't answer the phone. So he comes and takes my advice and my transaction was complete. But the cashier continued to mumble under his breath and talking disrespectful as we walked out. I am a rewards member and shop at ezmarts all Oklahoma. Never had I been made feel this type a way... will not be shopping here no more! The location is a bad reflection on ezmart! And the young man that works night really needs to work on his customer service skills.
