“Christmas Eve with our home full of visitors and suddenly our internet stopped working. Called Pine Cellular, not expecting anyone to answer the phone, but was pleasantly surprised that a friendly voice greeted me and asked how they could help. I explained our situation and that I had already tried resetting the router.
Within the hour a Pine Cellular truck pulled up on our driveway and Chris came in and after checking the system he was able to get us all fixed up! He was very polite and professional.
