Worst place to buy parts in the state. They never answer their phone. The management is terrible. At least one employee is advertising his mobile repair side gig. The employees are more worried about taking breaks and smoking than they are about making a sale!

Oriley's needs to up the training on their employees when it comes to customer service some of the people at this store do not know what they are doing when it comes to parts and availability.

I had the best experience here. Jerry was the associate that helped me and let me tell you everything was so confusing when I went in but he sorted out everything patiently. I had a lot warranties and receipts and he looked up everything and matched what I was needing cause it was 4 different parts. I wasn't worried that there would be some fine print on the warranty that they would not have to replace however, there was no fuss. He ordered the parts and sorted it all out. When u buy the warranty on items they really do honor the warranty without jumping hoops. I'll be going to them first always on my car stuff
