I went to find an easier phone for my senior mother to navigate. We walked in and instead of being greeted ( no one was in the store) the lady said “Can I help you “? I said sure but where are you ? She was sitting down at one of the cubicles and could not even get up to ask. When I asked her the question , she made me feel like I was intruding on her time and said she had no idea if there was a phone more friendly for a senior. That’s fine , but I hated her tone and attitude. She works there but doesn’t know her products and was not interested In helping. My mother has been there as a customer for years. We will be changing her carrier SOON !! This company needs to get employees that like their job and better customer service

While the people are friendly, the service sucks. There's always barley not enough people in there the assist. One lady stayed on the phone the entire time dealing with something else, taking an internet and phone bill payment and extra 20 minutes. Not to mention my service sucks

The management is rude and they lost their corporate status do to funny business. Mint Mobile charges half the price and it works just as well. Don't let US Cellular extort you! Get an eMobile carrier and don't give these people any business!

always great service, but should have better deals for their loyal customer and better plans for people that have one or 2 phone. like unlimited everything for 30.00 per line.

If you go to US Cellular be prepared to stay 3 hrs plus just to get wait on.Cause they are very,very,very slow.
