CoolRays is a hidden gem ?
Somehow I stumbled upon them and am so glad I did. It's very hard to find anyone who will work on a church bus AC system. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. Definitely worth the drive to have them perform the work.

I continue to be impressed with CoolRays. I've had both of my F150's in for various repairs over the last 18 months. Julie has handled my intake with professionalism. The work has always been completed right the first time and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop.

This is the place for fast, friendly, professional, and fair pricing. Had a tire issue from a previous tire chain store. They said they checked the valve stem, "it was ok" needless to say it wasn't. They over torque the lug nuts to point that AAA had trouble. Went to coolrays and they put new stem in put the tire on the car hand tightened the lugs and had me out the door. All of that and more for $12.00.At the chain store they were charging us $49.00.So yes I highly recommend that you stop by and see how they might be able to help you out before you go to the big chain stores. They have my business

WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. Maybe I’m being dramatic but you can decide that. Went in for 2 O2 sensors and a oil pressure sensor and a fuel pump. The oil pressure sensor wasn’t even working and my fuel pump was DISCONNECTED when I picked it up I was unable to pump gas due to it immediately spilling on the floor. I had my family with me and thank god nothing bad happened with any sort of ignition. Had to get towed home and completed ruined my weekend. They got me in two days later and they didn’t even seem to be bothered at the issues or the inconveniences I’ve had because of them. They told me the tech just left the oil pressure sensor loose which to me is a huge red flag. That means they installed it improperly and they connected the tank back. I called to complain and I wish I was lying but they said that they weren’t giving me any money if that’s what I’m looking for. I told them there could have been a fire and they responded with “but there’s wasn’t” I wasn’t even looking for compensation at all I just wanted them to offer me at least a air freshener or something. I couldn’t believe the way they handled the situation and I took two cars there and don’t even get me started on the other vehicle. I spent about $1600 in like two weeks and will never be coming back. I’m not saying don’t come here but just make your own judgment here.Service: General repairs & maintenance
