“I haven't been to Jones car and body yet but that's because my car is broke down in my yard lol. I did however call on the phone and one of the people that I spoke with was nice enough to answer questions and even patient enough while I ran out to the car to see what he was talking about. I appreciate the time and answers and knowledge that this person took to answer my questions and try to help me out over the phone. So that has earned my business.......”

“I could not be more grateful for this business. I was traveling alone, heading into Missouri and hit a pothole. I stopped at a nearby gas station. The attendant there called Frank’s and they said come on over. They patched my tire and checked the other three. I was fixed up and on the road in less than 30 minutes. I left feeling very blessed! Thank you gentlemen!”
