Such undependable service. When your waiting for anything medical you should know it will be there. After several trips up a horrible hill to look and nothing there. Flag has been up for two days. Unacceptable. Jay needs to fix this situation!!

The mail carrier here absolutely sucks. So many times my packages have been left in the rain at the end of my driveway, which is a half mile long. Why wouldn’t you just take it back to the post office and put a slip in my mailbox?

Had an issue with a package having the wrong address. I didn't realize it needed the P.O. Box number and not the physical address. I was able to call the post office, and they were able to take care of the problem and make sure my package got to where it needed to go. Casey in particular was very helpful.

This review is not for the USPS office(courteous) but about the mail carriers. This is the second time I've had a package marked delivered but then nothing is in the mail box. This is the second time it's happened and totally unacceptable. First time I find out they put it in the wrong mailbox and now I don't know where my package is, granted these aren't your typical flat mail. Do better USPS.*Update:Was kept in contact for a few days then they closed out the report before I even received my package. Horrible customer service on their part now.

Very nice customer service inside the post office. As far as delivering packages, they are incapable.
